Beziehung, Konflikt und Struktur – die psychodynamische Grundlage der Konzentrativen Bewegungstherapie (KBT)

  • Maria Stippler-Korp

摘要

The aim of this article is to present the special features of Concentrative Movement Therapy (CMT) as part of the psychodynamic cluster both theoretically and, above all, in practical work. In the first part, CMT-specific theoretical principles are briefly described. The second part explains the importance of the assessment based on the Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnostics (OPD-3), especially the axes of relationship, conflict and structure, for Concentrative Movement Therapy. Using individual therapy sessions in a case study of a 30-year-old woman with both depressive and bulimic symptoms, it is clearly shown how this psychodynamic diagnostic perspective is the basis for individual therapy and how the psychodynamic core topics are specifically addressed and worked on in therapy.
