Die Bedeutung des psychischen Strukturniveaus und dessen Auswirkung auf die Behandlungsplanung in humanistischen Psychotherapien
摘要
The importance of psychic structure in humanistic psychotherapies has grown in recent years. This article examines the significance of psychic structure for personality diagnostics using Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnostics. We explore how five humanistic psychotherapy schools (Integrative Gestalt Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Existential Analysis and Logotherapy, Client-Centered Psychotherapy, and Psychodrama) incorporate this structure into their personality theories. The similarities between these schools’ theoretical foundations suggest that structural diagnostics can serve as a guiding system for personality assessments, as it encompasses past and present relationship experiences, making self-development hermeneutically understandable. The structural axis aids in systematically documenting the relationship process, thus serving as a diagnostic tool in both the practice and research of humanistic psychotherapies. This tool can be effectively communicated across different humanistic psychotherapeutic approaches.
