Stören statt streicheln – Systemische Familientherapie zwischen Vereindeutigung und Kontingenz
摘要
The current zeitgeist is partly characterized by polarization and a refusal to communicate. In digital social spaces, it is particularly evident what a wide range of firm convictions can be nurtured, which can then clash again and again and lead to accusations and isolation. The AEye process with the OO7 methodology addresses different orientation needs that can be used therapeutically in a systemic contacting and moderation process. The identification of a currently preferred orientation pattern illustrates the possibility for systemic family therapists to broaden the contact person’s view of currently omitted orientation possibilities. In a well-dosed oscillation process, this prerequisite for the reconnection of isolated persons can be achieved. Therapists are encouraged to oscillate with their counterpart in order to then choose a suitable amplitude and frequency for the introduction of alternate thought patterns—thus moderating the self-regulatory adaptation process on the client’s side.
