This article provides a good overview of the most important causes of infectious and non-infectiousposterior uveitis. It aims at guiding through finding the right diagnosis quickly by approaching the differential diagnoses using the right diagnostic tools. Therapeutic options are being discussed and various possible outcomes are pointed out.
