New synthesis of substituted quinoxaline derivatives from the Cu-catalyzed reactions of 2-iodoaniline and trichloroacetonitrile-nitro compound adducts
摘要
In this study, 2-(trichloromethyl)quinoxalines were prepared using a simple, rapid, and one-pot reaction of Cu-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of 2-iodoaniline, and trichloroacetonitrile-nitro compound adducts in THF solvent, and potassium tert-butoxide as an active base under ultrasonic conditions in 45 min with good efficiency. The role of ultrasound in this reaction is to reduce the time and increase the efficiency of product preparation. Then, considering the potential of the synthesized derivatives due to the presence of the CCl3 group as a leaving group in the system, these compounds were investigated for reaction with isocyanides in THF solvent. Finally, 24 new heterocyclic compounds from the quinoxaline family have been synthesized under ultrasonic conditions in this project with a simple, rapid, and efficient method.
