(±)-10-Camphorsulfonic acid catalyzed effective synthesis of α,β-unsaturated β-aminoketones from enaminone
摘要
An efficient and convenient synthesis protocol has been established for the synthesis of α,β-unsaturated β-aminoketones from enaminone reacting with various substituted aromatic amines by using inexpensive and non-toxic ( ±)-10-camphorsulfonic acid as a catalyst. A total of twelve α,β-unsaturated β-aminoketones were synthesized by using the new protocol with good to excellent yields. The present protocol overcome the drawbacks of earlier protocols involving metal-based catalysts which have poor functional group tolerance, high sensitivity to moisture and air along with high cost and difficulty in recovery/recycling. Moreover, this methodology provided shorter reaction time, wide range substrate scope, easy workup, and scalability.
