Elektronische Patientenakte und Freigabe von Gesundheitsdaten
摘要
Background
The electronic patient record (ePA) is being introduced in Germany.
ObjectiveThe study examined the willingness to use the ePA, attitudes towards health data and data transmission in households with and without children.
MethodsTelephone survey of a random sample from the German population (2022, n = 1308).
ResultsHouseholds with children are largely unaware of the ePA. Their willingness to use the ePA and to agree to the storage of health data is lower but they are more willing to share their health data for research than households without children.
ConclusionThere is a need for information on the storage of health data. There is a growing desire for digital doctor-patient communication.
