<p>Aging broiler breeder roosters (BBR) exhibit metabolic dysregulation and reduced antioxidant capacity, impacting reproductive and overall health. This study assessed dietary camelina oil (CO) and <i>Tribulus terrestris</i> extract (TTE) effects on blood metabolites, testosterone, liver enzymes, and antioxidant activity in aged BBR. A 10-week, 2 × 3 factorial trial involved 36 BBR (70&#xa0;weeks), assigned to six treatments: CO (0, 1, 2%) and TTE (0, 10&#xa0;mg/kg). At the end of the experimental period, blood samples were collected for the analysis of the parameters. CO and TTE significantly lowered plasma triglycerides and cholesterol, with the 1% CO + 10&#xa0;mg/kg TTE combination proving the most effective (<i>P</i> &lt; 0.05). Testosterone levels increased with 1% and 2% CO. Furthermore, reduced alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities, coupled with enhanced catalase, glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione levels (<i>P</i> &lt; 0.05), indicated improved liver function and reduced oxidative stress. In conclusion, CO and TTE supplementation, particularly 1% CO + 10&#xa0;mg/kg TTE, effectively mitigates age-related metabolic decline and enhances testosterone levels as well as antioxidant defenses in aged BBR, suggesting their potential as beneficial dietary additives.</p>
