<p>Testicular tumors are rare in non-human primates and poorly documented in the scientific literature. This study aimed to describe a clinical case of a black capuchin monkey (<i>Sapajus nigritus</i>) raised in captivity for more than 47&#xa0;years and diagnosed with seminoma and interstitial Leydig cell tumor treated at the Wild Fauna Rehabilitation Center of the Federal University of Pelotas. In the animal’s clinical evaluation, we observed multifocal alopecia regions and increased volume of the right testicle, which measured about 4.4&#xa0;cm. We initially performed an X-ray, blood count, biochemistry, and cytopathological analysis of the right testicle. The radiography showed changes associated with aging, without findings compatible with a neoplastic/metastatic process. The blood count revealed macrocytic normochromic anemia and stress leukogram, and the cytological analysis suggested seminoma. Based on the test results, the therapy was the bilateral surgical excision of the testicles, which were sent for histopathological examination. The histopathology diagnosed a seminoma in the right testicle and an interstitial Leydig cell tumor in the left testicle. This diagnosis highlights the importance of evaluating the urogenital system in primates. In this report, it was possible to identify the neoplastic condition and treat a male <i>Sapajus nigritus</i> with seminoma in the right testicle and interstitial Leydig cell tumor in the left testicle. The interventions ensured the animal’s quality of life and good survival to date, 8&#xa0;months after surgery.</p>
