<p>In this paper, the quasi-synchronization of impulsive controlled heterogeneous dynamic neutral networks with time-varying delay, distributed delays and proportional delay is discussed. Compared with the existing literature, the significant advantage of this paper is that all three types of delays are taken into account. Here we consider time-varying delay depending on probability distribution conditions, so the results of this paper also rely on the problem of probability distribution of time-varying delay. By establishing a suitable comparison system, creating a new kind of impulsive delay inequality and applying Bernoulli distributions and Lyapunov theory, some conditions to realize quasi-synchronization of heterogeneous neural networks are studied. Finally we illustrate the validity of our theorem with numerical examples.</p>
