<p>Liquid biopsy, using circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) and circulating tumor cells (CTCs), is gaining ground as a noninvasive strategy in cancer care. Beyond its diagnostic and monitoring roles, its potential to impact health-related quality of life (HRQoL) is increasingly recognized. This review explores how liquid biopsy may influence HRQoL outcomes across various cancer types. A comprehensive literature search identified four studies that collectively included 2541 patients. The findings suggest a favorable impact on both emotional and functional well-being. In the BESPOKE CRC study, ctDNA testing reduced recurrence-related anxiety in 62% of patients, particularly in those testing negative (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.0001). COMET linked elevated CTCs to emotional decline post-chemotherapy (<i>p</i> = 0.0137). LIQUID IMPACT found that 96% of patients had stable or improved symptoms, with nearly half maintaining or improving daily functioning. Corke et al. (2002) observed better quality of life with targeted therapy based on liquid biopsy, alongside a strong patient preference for the test (<i>p</i> = 0.04). Overall, liquid biopsy shows promise in enhancing HRQoL by supporting personalized care and reducing emotional burden. However, more research is needed to validate these outcomes and explore long-term patient-centered benefits.</p>
