PM-Hauptspindelantriebe mit Sternpunktumschaltung und der Option zur Teilwicklungs-Kurzschlussbremsung
摘要
Due to their high torque density, PM synchronous motors are increasingly being used in main drives. For cost reasons, the question arises how to design the main drive with the smallest possible converter power unit. If a field-weakening is not possible, the star-point changeover, which causes a changeover from full- to part-winding operation, is an alternative. The circuit technique as well as the winding technology is presented. The steady-state operation behavior with full- and part-winding is discussed by means of examples. In addition, the circuit technique allows part-winding short-circuit braking, which stops the drive in case of a fault. The modelling of short-circuit braking is described and the simulation is discussed using an example.
