Von Mealy zum Ψ-Organ und damit zur KI

Merging the functional model of the psychic apparatus and the functional model of the nervous system into one model—I call this combined model the Ψ‑organ—and thus bridge the gap between these two worlds in a scientific way, has been a long-awaited wish. Using today’s methods of information engineering theories makes it achievable. In the SiMA basic project—the first concepts date back to 1998—this idea was consistently pursued until 2018. The results are presented in the present article. First, the area of conflict is discussed, then the fundamental considerations and the scientific basis are described. This provides the basis for the model development of the Ψ‑organ, which is briefly outlined. Finally, the two main areas of application are addressed: first the validation and further development of the theories of psychoanalysis by its experts through simulation experiments and secondly the implementation in the field of artificial intelligence.
