Einfluss unterschiedlicher Ansätze zur Generierung von Ausfallzeitreihen auf die Kenngrößen zur Resource Adequacy
摘要
Due to the structural changes in the European electricity system, the security of electricity supply is becoming increasingly important in current research questions. In order to ensure that the security of electricity supply is not compromised, an assessment of resource adequacy is required to determine whether the electricity supply system has sufficient resources to meet future demand for electrical energy. A probabilistic model is used to analyze resource adequacy. In particular, non-availability of resources is included as an input date. In this context, climate-dependent uncertainties (hydraulic inflows, wind speed, solar radiation, etc.) and, in particular, (un)planned outages of generation plants are considered. Different approaches as well as different parameterizations of these approaches are possible for the generation of outage time series. Against this background, the question arises as to what influence these have on the resource adequacy indicators. The aim of this paper is to develop a method for determining outage time series. Subsequently, the influences of different versions of this procedure are examined and quantified.
