<p>The Delhi Metro Airport Link was constructed between 2008 and 2011 and provides a&#xa0;22.7 km long connection between the centre of Delhi and the Indira Ghandi International Airport. The project comprises a&#xa0;TBM section, cut &amp; cover sections ramp and elevated parts, and an approx. 2.6 km long double track NATM part. This contribution puts the focus on the NATM section of the Airport Link and in particular on a&#xa0;collapse which occurred at the soft ground portion of the project.</p>
