摘要

In this contribution, the effect of double circuits electroslag remelting processes on the solidification quality and corrosion resistance of S136 steel is investigated. The results show that, compared with the traditional conductive process, the double circuits process possesses a lower oxygen mass fraction, which effectively improves the cleanliness of the ingot. The secondary dendrite spacing at the center of the ingot obtained by the double circuits process is reduced to 46.04 μm, and the segregation of C and Cr elements in the ingot is also effectively reduced, which leads to the solidification quality of ingot to be significantly improved. The electrochemical experiments of the tempered specimens obtained by different conductive processes show that the pitting pits of the specimens obtained by the double circuits process are fine and the corrosion resistance is obviously improved. The double circuits conductive process prolongs the service life of S136 steel, which provides a reference for improving the melting process of S136 steel.
