„You know you can’t do much“ − Misstrauen und Hilflosigkeit in der Arbeit mit ehemaligen CAAFAG (‚Kindersoldaten‘) im Nordirak
摘要
One in five children worldwide lives or flees from a conflict zone. Particularly children who are deployed by armed groups experience high levels of violence. As many as one in eight children have a direct or indirect risk of being recruited as children associated with armed forces and armed groups (CAAFAG). Despite a comprehensive body of concepts for reintegration, approaches for the treatment of CAAFAG appear underconceptualized, with psychoanalytically informed approaches being quasi non-existent. Using the region of northern Iraq as an example, this article examines the complex conditions faced by therapists who participated in a psychoanalytically informed training and supervision group to work with CAAFAG and develops corresponding recommendations.
