Die psychische Realität und deren Kontexte

  • Silvia Amati Sas

摘要

This work examines the dialectic of psychic reality with the external contexts, the circumstances of life. Drawing on central concepts of José Bleger’s theory, such as ambiguity, symbiosis and deposition, the author shows the extent to which one is able to adapt to any context, however problematic it may be. In a regression into a state of ambiguity, even disasters become a matter of course and enable one to make ethically questionable compromises. The ambiguous or agglutinated position precedes the classical conflictual Kleinian positions (schizoid-paranoid and depressive). The formulated concepts of Bleger and the subjectivity spaces (intrasubjectivity, intersubjectivity and transsubjectivity) have a reciprocal explanatory value. In order to discuss psychic reality in context, the clinical experience in psychotherapy of people who have experienced extreme situations (disappearance, torture, concentration camps) is used. The viability of the above concepts is examined using the example of a female patient who has experienced torture and abduction.
