Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is a rare autoimmune disorder characterized typically by skin manifestations and rarely mucosal involvement.
Case reportWe present here a very unusual and challenging case of BP with exclusive laryngeal involvement at presentation.
Discussion and conclusionThis case highlights the challenges encountered in the diagnosis and management of BP with laryngeal mucosal involvement and underscores the importance of proper biopsy technique to enable an accurate and timely diagnosis.
