Organophosphorus poisoning poses a significant health threat, often resulting in high mortality and disability. The intermediate syndrome, characterized by muscle weakness in neck flexors and limbs, is prevalent. While uncommon, cases of vocal cord paralysis have been observed. Recognition and early management of such neurological complications are crucial for optimal patient care.
