<p>Vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) offers several distinct advantages, including an optimal cosmetic result, early resumption of flatus and a shorter hospital stay. This minimally invasive approach has been increasingly and widely adopted in diverse gynecologic procedures. In this review article, we provide detailed steps for performing myomectomy via vNOTES. In addition, we delve into several specific challenges that need to be addressed. It is suggested that surgeons consider incorporating this technique into their routine practice for the treatment of uterine myomas, as it has the potential to offer significant benefits to patients.</p>
