<p>Burn scars on the face and neck cause significant functional and psychosocial challenges, including contractures, aesthetic concerns, low self‑esteem, and impaired quality of life. Fractional carbon dioxide (FCO₂) laser therapy is an established treatment for scar management. Platelet‑Rich Plasma (PRP), with regenerative properties, may further enhance outcomes. This study explored patient experience using a tailored PROEM and evaluated perceived benefits of combined FCO₂ + PRP therapy compared with FCO₂ alone. Adult patients with facial or neck burn scars who had previously received standardised FCO₂ laser therapy alone, and subsequently received combined treatment with topical platelet-rich plasma (PRP), were invited to complete an electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes and Experience Measure (PROEM) via Google Forms. The tool addressed four domains: treatment experience, perceived outcomes, recovery, and free‑text feedback. Responses were analysed descriptively. Eleven patients completed the PROEM. All perceived benefits from PRP, reporting improvements in skin texture, elasticity, and overall appearance. Most noted accelerated recovery and expressed high satisfaction. All would recommend the procedure, and most would undergo it again. The PROEM was intuitive, acceptable, and effective in capturing patient perspectives. The addition of topical PRP to FCO₂ laser therapy for facial and neck burn scars was feasible and well tolerated as a day‑case procedure under local anaesthesia. A tailored PROEM provided valuable insights beyond scar severity, highlighting patient‑centred outcomes of satisfaction, recovery, and treatment benefit. These findings support further evaluation in multicentre randomised trials assessing clinical efficacy, cost‑effectiveness, and psychosocial impact.</p>
