摘要

Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare autoimmune disease distinguished by fibrosis in the skin and internal organs. Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a common manifestation of SSc and a major cause of death. Progressive SSc-ILD is a worsening form of SSc-ILD, indicating further development of the disease and a poor prognosis. Although significant progress has been made in the treatment of SSc-ILD in recent years, many issues and challenges remain, especially for progressive SSc-ILD. This paper aims to present a case of combination therapy using mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), nintedanib, and tocilizumab in a patient with progressive SSc-ILD. It is hoped that this case report will provide a reference for clinical practice and promote further studies.
