<p>In this paper, we investigate the effect of region crossing change on plane trivalent graphs. 摘要

In this paper, we investigate the effect of region crossing change on plane trivalent graphs. As a byproduct, we provide a complete description of the relative positions of these two odd vertices if a triangulation of \(S^2\) S 2 admits exactly two odd vertices.
