This case report illustrates the complexity of treating fungal keratitis caused by Fusarium oxysporum and the importance of individualized treatment strategies, especially in patients who wish to avoid corneal transplantation. The combination of intensive local therapy, anterior chamber irrigation, corneal cryocoagulation, and systemic treatment allowed a stabilization of the condition.
