摘要

In this paper, the effect of the stress relief annealing rate on residual stress was investigated using molecular dynamics simulation, and the difference in mechanical properties of workpieces before and after stress relief annealing was analyzed using nanoindentation simulation. The results show that the Stacking faults and dislocation motions are blocked during the heating stage to shift the stresses, and the residual stresses are released by the dislocation reaction dominated by Shockley dislocations. In the cooling stage, the Stair-rod dislocation reaction forms the Stacking Fault Tetrahedra to release the residual stress. The dislocation density is directly proportional to the residual stress during the stress relief annealing process, and the decrease in dislocation density leads to a decrease in surface hardness.
