RETRACTED ARTICLE: Investigation effect of Cr3+ substituted on enhanced dielectric and magnetic properties of co-cu nano ferrites for high-density data storage

Nano-ferrite materials with chemical compositionsCo0.3Cu0.7Fe2−xCrxO4(x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, and 0.25) were synthesized through thewet chemical method, and analytical characterizations of their structural, magnetic,and dielectric properties were conducted. The structural formation was confirmedthrough powder X-ray (XRD) measurements, further affirmed by Fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Microstructural and morphological properties wereinvestigated using FESEM and HRTEM scanning, revealing grains in the nano-scalerange. Room temperature vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) analysis providedmagnetic information on the materials, presenting various values of magneticparameters. Importantly, dielectric properties were examined using an LCR meter,revealing the dielectric nature of the synthesized materials and showing variationsin dielectric parameters corresponding to changes in the dopant concentration. Theseprepared ferrite qualities suggest they could be used in high-density data storagesystems, memory, and magnetic recording devices.
