Teaching should follow structure and quality standards and provide sufficient time for practical experience. Continuous refreshment and expansion of skills are possible through refresher courses and training opportunities. New media such as databases and videos can support teaching of theoretical foundations. Good education leads to better clinical application and methodological quality.
