<p>The swelling behavior of pineapple leaf fiber reinforced polymer composite after gamma irradiation and cryogenic treatment was examined. The analysis adhered to ASTM standards D5229, utilizing water as the testing fluid. For untreated specimens, the relative change in weight and thickness after reaching saturation were approximately 13.24% and 6.43%, respectively. In contrast, cryogenically treated specimens showed changes of about 8.06% in weight and 4.26% in thickness, while gamma irradiated specimens exhibited changes of approximately 4.45% in weight and 2.66% in thickness. Experimental findings indicate that specimens subjected to these treatments demonstrate significant resistance to moisture ingress.</p>
