<p>Dissociative disorders pose a&#xa0;major challenge in routine clinical and therapeutic care. This is due, among other things, to the heterogeneity of the symptoms. This heterogeneity is also reflected in the inconsistent classification of symptoms in the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health (ICD) and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). People with dissociative disorders are inadequately cared for because there are no disorder-specific therapeutic options. Responsibilities for care are often unclear as those affected often remain between the disciplines of neurology and psychiatry/psychosomatics. This article presents a&#xa0;new instrument that is intended to support practitioners in the therapy planning of dissociative disorders. In a&#xa0;first observation of the application the instrument was rated as helpful.</p>
