Psychosomatische Schmerztherapie – ein Update
摘要
Psychosomatic pain therapy is based on a biopsychosocial understanding of the case. It should be personalised, mechanism-based and goal-oriented. In addition to the disorder mechanisms, the resources of the person determine the type and sequence of therapeutic measures. Therapy planning is based on agreed biological, psychological and social therapy goals. Pain psychotherapy interventions are usually embedded in an interdisciplinary multimodal therapy setting that also includes conventional medical measures, exercise therapy activities and relaxation techniques. This article takes a closer look at more recent pain psychotherapy approaches such as pain reprocessing therapy.
