<p>The psychotherapy of psychoses corresponds to the reference guidelines but not the clinical practice. In reality, there are still many hurdles on the way to the psychotherapy of people with experience of psychoses. This article discusses how these hurdles develop and how they can be overcome. Which role can a&#xa0;less pathological and more anthropological understanding have in order to pave the way for patients and therapists? How does the relational culture change when we consider symptoms and phenomena not only as disorders but also question their subjective importance? Can the trialogue as a&#xa0;place of an equal encounter and a&#xa0;reciprocal learning of professional and personal experts, including relatives, contribute to the fact that all participants naturally trust each other and even to work with psychotherapy or to support a&#xa0;psychotherapy. What differentiates recovery accompaniment from psychotherapy and how can both mutually benefit?</p>
