摘要

Mentalization-based therapy (MBT) is an evidence-based integrative therapy that was developed for the treatment of patients with borderline personality disorder. In recent years, the procedure has been extended to other patient groups. This article presents a new application of MBT for adolescents with conduct disorder (MBT-CD), for which further elements have been integrated into the therapy, such as family therapy and motivational interviewing. As part of a feasibility study, it was examined whether therapists in training with different basic orientations can apply MBT-CD in accordance with the manual. This revealed specific differences in application depending on the respective procedure.
