Förderung von Kreativität und Spielfähigkeit mit den Mitteln der Clownarbeit
摘要
This practical report illustrates how clown and improvisation work can be helpful in the context of self-experience that promotes personal development and mental health. For this purpose, the figure of the clown is described and a closer look is taken at the improvisational play of clowns. Furthermore, clown and improvisation work is presented as a method to promote creativity and the ability to play in the context of the further education of psychotherapists. The possibilities of implementing a clown attitude in practice are also explained. In summary, it can be concluded that a targeted promotion of playing skills and creativity within the framework of clown and improvisation work can foster developmental steps and personal growth and complement psychotherapeutic work with adult patients as an experience-oriented group offer.
