Konzeptuelle Grundlagen von Psychotherapie-Integration und modularer Psychotherapie

This article looks at some trends in contemporary psychotherapy research from a conceptual perspective. With respect to therapists, there is a focus on therapeutic skills, with respect to patients on a transdiagnostic and personalized perspective and with respect to the treatment in a modularized psychotherapy. The placement of these focal points is described as “atomistic”, i.e. as an orientation towards the “smallest” components. In conclusion, the question is raised as to whether aspects of the “Gestalt” of the individual should and can find a place in personalized, modularized psychotherapy.
