摘要

Posterior capsule reuse during conversion from prepectoral-to-retropectoral breast reconstruction provides reliable inferior muscular stabilization and implant coverage. In selected patients with high-grade rippling or contour deformity, this technique represents a safe, reproducible, and cost-effective alternative to biologic matrices, preserving pocket stability and natural breast contour.
