Background <p>Baseball is one of the most popular sports in Japan. Throwing injuries in young baseball players are a serious problem. There has been a high level of interest in early detection, early treatment, and prevention of these injuries in Japanese players.</p> Aim <p>This narrative review discusses the screening and prevention of elbow injuries in young baseball players in Japan.</p>
