<p>A vast majority of pancreatic tumors are pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas that portend a grave prognosis. Non-ductal neoplasms are a small category of pancreatic tumors with different clinical, imaging, and pathological features and a better prognosis compared to adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. Most of the non-ductal neoplasms are surgically resectable when diagnosed early, while a few of them require expectant management. Knowledge of this spectrum of lesions can aid in providing accurate diagnoses and help with radio-pathological correlation. In this review, we wish to present radiological, surgical, and histopathological details of various non-ductal pancreatic neoplasms.</p>
