<p>Pediatric ovarian tumors, although rare, require accurate diagnosis through multimodality imaging. This pictorial essay highlights the key radiological features of various ovarian neoplasms in children using ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and positron emission tomography (PET-CT).
