<p>We present a rare case of endovascular transarterial treatment in a newborn with symptomatic dural arteriovenous fistula (DAVF). Through direct carotid puncture, complete occlusion of the fistula was achieved in a single session. This therapeutic approach demonstrates safety and efficacy in neonatal DAVF treatment. The patient showed significant improvement, with symptoms resolved and complications absent. The successful outcome highlights the importance of early recognition and prompt intervention in pediatric DAVFs.</p>
