Research on planning methods for a resilient grid with hierarchical coordination of main, distribution and microgrids based on new power system
摘要
With the advancement of the construction of new power systems, the interaction between the main grid, distribution network and microgrid is becoming more and more frequent. In order to solve the efficient coordinated regulation between “main, distribution and micro” and ensure the global optimization and dynamic balance of the new power system, this paper first proposes a three-dimensional coordinated strong power grid form of “main, distribution and micro”. Through the coordination of a reliable transmission-oriented strong main grid, efficient load-bearing new distribution network and service-oriented autonomous microgrid, a new system, new pattern and new model of energy supply, coordinated development and resource aggregation are realized. Subsequently, this paper constructs a three-dimensional coordinated strong planning method of “main, distribution and micro”. Through the methods of grid hosting capacity assessment, energy grid division and differentiated scenario formulation, the coordinated development of the main grid, distribution network and microgrid levels under the background of the new power system is constructed to achieve the optimized layout at the spatial level and the reasonable transition at the temporal level. Finally, through the empirical analysis, this planning method can effectively improve the reliability of power supply of the power grid, enhance the capacity of new energy consumption and improve the level of intelligence of the power grid.
