The crime scene investigation, injury documentation and further investigations provide the basis for reconstructing the events after an explosion as accurately as possible and clarifying the background to an explosion. A large number of victims, body dismemberment, devastating destruction of the crime scene, a possible danger to investigators at the crime scene and necessary safety measures sometimes render the documentation and reconstruction elaborate and challenging.
