<p>We consider influence of pulse radiation processing on properties of materials. As pulse radiation processing we consider periodically repeated processing of materials by radiation particles with fixed continuance and dose as well as frequency and energy of processing of materials by required particles. We show that there exists a specific frequency and pulse. Increasing of frequency of pulses of radiation processing in comparison with the specific frequency leads to accumulation of radiation defects. Also we introduce an analytical approach for analysis of transport of radiation defects and their interaction between each other.</p>

We consider influence of pulse radiation processing on properties of materials.
