<p>Given the debate on the potentials drawn by circular economy for sustainable consumption, the concept standalone lack in scaling-up processes and delivering resource efficiency. However, the synergetic interplay between the triplet transition, including Servitization, digitization, and sustainable transition focuses on advancing the business model and transforming the business operations to support sustainable practices. To examine this relationship, the proposed study aims to discuss the role of Servitization 4.0 as an enabler of circularity for resource-wise manufacturing and to assess sustainable performance. The study evidently presents a critical review of 49 identified use-case literature that mention Servitization such as predictive maintenance, real-time information tracking of in-use and post-use of products, monitoring emissions data, stimulating technologies for identification of material, etc. offered by the Industry 4.0 technologies for circular implementation. Furthermore, the study is the first of its kind to propose a framework integrating the three megatrends for circular business model and suggests future research directions.</p>
