Industrial intelligent connected ecosystem (IICE) oriented towards uncertainty and dynamic demand characteristics

With the rise of digitalization, networking, and intelligent technologies, the world is at the gateway to a new era of innovation and change, driving the transformation of the value chain from a product based model to a smart product and service-based model. Therefore, various fields will move towards building an ecosystem based on smart products and services, namely, the Industrial Intelligent Connected Ecosystem (IICE). In order to accurately evaluate and predict customer needs, an innovative model and methods of customer demand mining and prediction for IICE have been proposed. Finally, the proposed methods and technologies are applied to the smart home service ecosystem. The results show that the FCM method and ARIMA model can achieve customer implicit demand mining and dynamic prediction analysis, which has certain guiding significance for the construction and implementation of smart home product service enterprise business platforms.
