摘要

In the process of ring rolling, the anisotropic deformation uniformity of a ring not only has a significant influence on the accuracy of the section geometry and rolling stability, but also affects the subsequent processing deformation of the ring. Aiming at the deformation behavior of aluminum alloy profiled ring rolling process (PRRP), the finite element analysis of PRRP was carried out based on ABAQUS software. By extracting the node displacement of the single-layer mesh of a ring section, the deformation values of the section in some typical directions such as the circumferential direction of a ring are obtained. The deformation behavior of the ring section in the filling stage and the stable deformation stage is analyzed, and the deformation distribution of the profiled ring in the radial-axial rolling process is summarized. Secondly, the influence of the main rolling parameters on the deformation uniformity, stability and filling performance of a ring is analyzed. Finally, more reasonable rolling process parameters are provided for the rolling of large profiled rings, and the method’s effectiveness is verified by rolling tests.
