摘要

With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, traditional production models are gradually unable to meet the high demands of the market for production efficiency and flexibility. The hybrid manufacturing production mode based on wireless sensor networks and robot technology has emerged, aiming to improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs through networked intelligent systems. This article reviews the research progress in the field of hybrid manufacturing at home and abroad, pointing out the limitations of existing technologies and the necessity of optimization. A hybrid manufacturing production and operation system has been designed, which integrates wireless sensor network modules to provide effective support for information acquisition and real-time feedback. At the same time, the feasibility and stability of the system in actual production environments were verified through operational testing. This article proposes an efficient robot scheduling model that achieves multi-objective collaborative scheduling of robots and collaborative scheduling of production orders, significantly improving resource utilization and production flexibility. Through optimization analysis of the production system, various cost management optimization strategies were explored, including production process optimization and rationalization of resource allocation. The results show that after implementing the mixed manufacturing production mode, production and operation costs have been significantly reduced, production efficiency has been improved, and it has also provided enterprises with stronger adaptability in the face of rapidly changing market environments.
