The future of hybrid manufacturing in human resource management to promote innovation and organizational transformation
摘要
With the advancement of technology and changes in market demand, hybrid manufacturing has become increasingly important in modern enterprises. Human resource management, as a key factor driving innovation and transformation in enterprises, aims to explore the optimal allocation of human resources in hybrid manufacturing workshops to support innovation and organizational transformation, and provide a theoretical basis for enhancing enterprise competitiveness. Through in-depth analysis of the human resource requirements in the hybrid manufacturing workshop, an optimized configuration support system was designed, which includes requirement analysis, architecture, functional structure, and performance analysis. Subsequently, a human resource optimization configuration model was established to identify the existing problems in current human resource allocation, and corresponding construction models and management skill evaluation methods were proposed. Finally, the characteristic indicators of enterprise transformation were analyzed, and an effective innovation management path was proposed by applying the enterprise transformation model. The research results indicate that establishing a systematic human resource optimization configuration support system can significantly improve the utilization efficiency of human resources and promote the innovation capability and organizational transformation of enterprises in a mixed manufacturing environment. Through effective system design and model application, enterprises can better respond to rapidly changing market demands and achieve sustainable development.
