摘要

Manufacturing services provided by distributed enterprises are integrated via industrial Internet platforms and collaboratively complete the personalized tasks submitted by platform users. Those collaborating services form a manufacturing services collaboration network (MSC-Net), with the collaborative services as nodes, and the collaborative relationships between them as edges. The uncertain failure of a node/edge cascading propagates to its dependent nodes/edges and causes cascading failure, eventually triggering task interruptions or even global collapse, seriously affecting the reliable operation of industrial Internet platforms. In view of the above problems, a cascading failure tolerance (CFT) approach based on the network cascade effect for MSC-Net is proposed. In which, considering the basic network structures, failures and their cascading propagation occurred in the complex network community–based MSC-Net are detected and traced, and a network cascade effect–based CFT mechanism is designed accordingly based on the load redistribution, service supplement/replacement, and local reconstruction. Experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods.
