Optimizing complex product supply chains through digital manufacturing innovation

With the acceleration of globalization and the diversification of market demand, the manufacturing and supply chain management of complex products are facing increasingly severe challenges. This study focuses on analyzing the research progress of digital supply chain network management. By constructing a supply chain network risk monitoring model, conducting mathematical analysis, and fluctuation testing of risk transmission, the application of digital technology in supply chain risk management was explored. Based on the characteristics of complex product supply chains, collaborative and optimization models were designed, and methods for calculating supply chain costs and testing network efficiency were proposed. The performance of the system algorithm was verified. The research results show that the supply chain risk monitoring and optimization model constructed through the application of digital technology significantly improves the supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness of complex products. The upgrade strategy proposed in this article effectively promotes the digital transformation of complex product manufacturing industry. Digital manufacturing innovation provides new perspectives and methods for optimizing complex product supply chains, which can effectively respond to the challenges brought by market changes.
